Common QuestionsIs there a long-term lease?
No, the rental agreement is month-to-month.
When is my rental fee due?
Your rent is due on the first 1st day of the month. A $10.00 late fee will be charged if rent is not paid by the 1st. An additional $10.00 late fee will be charged for every 10 days the rent is late ($30.00 maximum per month).
Will I receive a monthly bill?
We do not send a monthly bill. Email billing can be done upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, and major credit cards.
What may I store?
Flammable, explosive, or illicit materials are not allowed. Occupying the unit as living quarters is prohibited by law and is cause for immediate eviction. Storage of live plants or animals is not allowed.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
No, Highway Two Storage will provide a round disc lock. You must keep your unit locked at all times.
Does the facility assume any liability for the goods I store?
No, we recommend contacting your insurance agency.
What if I or one of my guests damages my unit or another building or fixture on the property?
The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the unit or any building, fixture, or other structure on the premises caused by tenant or his agents or guests. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Management harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of Tenant’s use of the premises or any part thereof.
What are the office hours?
Office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. New rentals can be arranged after hours and on weekends by appointment.
